# Lessons from an Industry Leader: Rapid growth of shareholder value through strategic acquisitions

## Join us for an evening of appetizers, refreshments and connection!  Enjoy a special presentation by Mark Frey, Group President of Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, who will outline Corpay’s M&A and corporate development strategy and highlight how we execute this strategy. He’ll provide the timeline of deals, learnings from each, and our underlying approach. He’ll also discuss how to build an acquisition roll-up plan, and how we will apply learnings from it here at Corpay. He will add insights on Corpay’s digital asset and sports marketing programs. He’ll end with Corpay’s next steps as we navigate the future of the payments landscape.

## Mark has played a key role in growing the Corpay Cross-Border business and firmly establishing the company as a market leader. A proven leader with over 20 years’ experience in trading and treasury operations, Mark is responsible for leading all aspects of operations, risk management, dealing, and finance, and has been instrumental in driving the organization’s revenue and EBITDA growth, leading up to the successful acquisition by Corpay, Inc.
