CoP and VOP protocols are now fully implemented on Corpay systems and have been enabled for API and online clients in the UK and EU

As of July 27, 2026, UK Confirmation of Payee (CoP) and EU Verification of Payee (VOP) screening results will be accessible to our online platform users in the UK and EU. You will now be able to:

• View CoP and VOP screening results directly.
• Identify beneficiary issues before payments are submitted.
• Reduce payment delays and manual intervention.

If the screening returns a “Close match” or “No match,” you will be able to evaluate the result and make the corrections yourself. Your Account Representative and Online Support teams will be on hand to help! If you have questions, please refer to the Help Guide on the platform, or the FAQs here.
